Romil Bahl | Chief Executive Officer

Romil Bahl serves as CEO of KORE. He brings almost 30 years of consulting, information technology, professional services, and IoT experience in high-growth and turnaround environments. Throughout his career, Romil has been instrumental in enabling breakthrough growth in information and professional services organizations. He has risen to complex challenges where he has crafted growth strategies, tapped new emerging markets and energized global teams. His leadership approach reflects deep expertise in developing strong client relationships and creating teams that are driven to innovate and excel.

Prior to KORE, Romil served as President and CEO of Lochbridge, a leading technology consulting and solutions provider in the IoT and digital enablement space. Before that, he was EVP and GM of Global Industries for CSC, leading the industry go-to-market dimension across the entire approximately $9 billion commercial business unit, creating global growth strategies and expanding CSC's global footprint into offerings such as cloud, cybersecurity and big data. Earlier, Romil was CEO of a data analytics-focused public company and had leadership roles at A.T. Kearney, Infosys and Deloitte Consulting.

Romil earned an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Directorate of Marine Engineering & Technology in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

James Yersh | Chief Financial Officer and EVP, Corporate Development

James Yersh is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development where he is responsible for all aspects of the company’s financial operations as well as key cross functional projects and partnerships. Prior to joining KORE, James previously served as the Chief Financial Officer of BlackBerry, a global leader in secure mobile communications. In this role, he was responsible for all aspects of the Company's financial operations and investor relations, including consolidated and legal entity accounting, the external reporting function, insurance programs, as well as a number of aspects of management reporting and results analysis, and the consolidation of forecasts and plans. James has more than 15 years of experience in the technology and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining BlackBerry, he held various senior positions at Cognos Incorporated and Deloitte in Canada. James graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor or Commerce (Hon. Accounting) from the University of Ottawa.

Sue Holub | Chief Marketing Officer

Sue Holub serves as Chief Marketing Officer, where she leads all marketing functions globally spanning vision, strategy, and execution – ultimately resulting in growth. Her responsibilities include driving revenue, profit and momentum across brand management, product management and pricing, product and customer marketing, demand generation, corporate marketing, influence marketing, marketing communications, and marketing operations.

Prior to joining KORE, Sue served as Vice President of Marketing for Lexmark Enterprise Software, the enterprise software division of Lexmark International. In this role, she led and developed the global marketing function to deliver increased revenue and profitability worldwide through demand generation, market awareness, thought leadership and customer retention. Sue brings more than 20 years of executive, marketing and business development experience across the technology, telecommunications and services industries. Prior to joining Lexmark, Sue held various senior positions at Impellam Group, Fiserv, and BellSouth. She is a Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Pragmatic Marketing® Certified, and actively participates in a number of marketing, technology, and management associations. Sue graduated cum laude from American University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Communications and Spanish.

Jason Rutherford | Group Executive Vice President, Global Sales

Jason Rutherford is the Group Executive Vice President, Global Sales where he is responsible for the company’s revenue generating activities by leading and directing the management of Kore’s worldwide sales organization.

Prior to joining KORE, Jason spent twelve years at Oracle Corporation where he held a variety of sales and sales management positions. Most recently, Jason was the Group Vice President, Worldwide Sales for Oracle Communications, where he was responsible for the sales of Communications Solutions to enterprise customers. He has also held positions with Convergys and Accenture. Jason has over twenty years of experience in the Communications and Technology Industries. Jason holds a MBA in Management from Wake Forest University and a BS in Finance from Virginia Tech.

Steven Jones | Vice President, Global Carrier Management

Steven Jones is the Vice President Global Carrier Management at KORE Wireless and has been with KORE since May of 2016. Steven is responsible for the oversight of the Global Carrier Services Team that provides the respective wireless and satellite offerings. In addition, Steven oversees the Advanced SIM solutions and Technical Services globally. Steven brings over 20 years of leadership, sales, solutions, and management experience; having spent most of his career with AT&T in various wireless and telecommunications sales, business development and management roles.

Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and a Master’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well several industry certifications and leadership accreditations.

Bill Kramer | Vice President, Advanced Technology Adoption

Bill Kramer is the Vice President of Advanced Technology Adoption where he is responsible for building strategic programs and partnerships to help enterprise customers adopt the latest technologies in IoT that enable their business to run more efficiently. This includes developing migration programs as well as module, OEM and application development partnerships to create an ecosystem of partners to deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions in the IoT space and enhance KORE's market leadership. Additionally, Bill is leading KORE’s professional services practice to drive value and adoption of KORE services in the industry.

Bill brings more than 30 years of experience in the data communications technology solutions industry with a broad range of companies and functional roles. His experience spans wired, mobility, IoT, MMS, OEMs, professional services and cloud technologies working for companies including AT&T, Cingular, USWest, Cabletron and Riverstone Networks. Bill holds degrees in Systems Analysis and Computer Science from Miami University graduating magna cum laude.

Terence Jarman | Chairman

Terence Jarman is the CEO of Terrdian, Inc., a privately held global investment and consulting company focused on the technology and telecom sectors. He has extensive North American and global experience in the telecom and internet industry. Previously, he was the CEO at Teleglobe, Inc., Vice Chairman at Bell Canada, Group Director at Videotron, UK, and CEO at Bell Nexxia.

Richard Burston | Vice Chairman

Richard Burston is a successful entrepreneur and private equity investor. He was employed by Morgan Stanley before 1991, when he founded Regency Capital International Limited, a London-based merchant bank. From 2002 to 2004, he was the CEO of Bostream AB, following Regency Capital’s purchase of a majority interest in the company. He built Bostream into Sweden’s leading independent broadband ISP before selling the company in 2004. Mr. Burston is a Canadian citizen and has a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Alex Brisbourne | Director

Alex Brisbourne co-founded KORE in 2003 and served as its President and CEO until retiring in 2017. He has over 30 years of experience in the networking and telecommunications industry in companies in Europe, North America, and Asia. As Managing Partner at Aegis Communications Investments L.P. he oversees investment in emerging media and communications initiatives. His previous experience includes serving as General Manager for Microcell, the Canadian GSM operator, where he launched the first 2.5G GPRS network in North America. As Senior Vice President of Wavetek Wandel Goltermann, a leading test systems developer based in North Carolina, he led its global LAN test systems and North American sales operations. Prior to this as President, Gandalf Technologies became the worldwide #1 supplier of LAN access products to the internet access market. Mr. Brisbourne has extensive experience in wireless, enterprise, and fixed-line services, and he sits on the Advisory Boards for a number of technology companies in the U.S and Canada. In January 2015, Mr. Brisbourne was voted Chairman of the IoT M2M Council, the largest and fastest-growing cross-segment IoT and M2M trade group.

Rob MacInnis | Partner, ABRY Partners

Rob MacInnis joined ABRY in 1998 from Weather Services Corporation, an ABRY portfolio company. Previously, Mr. MacInnis was associated with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a senior manager in the Merger and Acquisition Group. He has worked with numerous ABRY portfolio companies in publishing, business services, couponing, and other areas. Mr. MacInnis is a Certified Public Accountant, received an M.B.A. summa cum laude from Boston University, and is a summa cum laude graduate of Merrimack College.

Rob Nicewicz | Vice President, ABRY Partners

Rob Nicewicz joined ABRY from the Technology, Telecom & Digital Media Group of Harris Williams & Co. He is involved in media, communications, and business information services investments in the data center services, cloud computing, insurance, telecommunications, and internet services sectors. Mr. Nicewicz graduated magna cum laude from Babson College.

Tomer Yosef-Or | Principal, ABRY Partners

Tomer Yosef-Or joined ABRY in May of 2005 from the Financial Institution Group at Bear Stearns Investment Banking Department. Previously, he was a member of the Securitization Transaction Group and Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Yosef-Or is involved in media, communications, and business information services investments in the data center services, education, satellite communication, and internet services sectors. He is an honor graduate of the Rutgers Business School’s Undergraduate -New Brunswick Program.

Blake Battaglia

Blake Battaglia joined ABRY in 1998 from the Investment Banking Department of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Battaglia has been integrally involved in originating and supervising a variety of media, communications, business, and information services investments and financings. His areas of focus have included broadband and communications infrastructure; cable television; telecommunications; and software, information, and business services. Mr. Battaglia is an honor graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and serves on the Advisory Board to the Ernest Cockrell College of Engineering at his alma mater.
