Romil Bahl serves as CEO of KORE. He brings almost 30 years of consulting, information technology, professional services, and IoT experience in high-growth and turnaround environments. Throughout his career, Romil has been instrumental in enabling breakthrough growth in information and professional services organizations. He has risen to complex challenges where he has crafted growth strategies, tapped new emerging markets and energized global teams. His leadership approach reflects deep expertise in developing strong client relationships and creating teams that are driven to innovate and excel.
Prior to KORE, Romil served as President and CEO of Lochbridge, a leading technology consulting and solutions provider in the IoT and digital enablement space. Before that, he was EVP and GM of Global Industries for CSC, leading the industry go-to-market dimension across the entire approximately $9 billion commercial business unit, creating global growth strategies and expanding CSC's global footprint into offerings such as cloud, cybersecurity and big data. Earlier, Romil was CEO of a data analytics-focused public company and had leadership roles at A.T. Kearney, Infosys and Deloitte Consulting.
Romil earned an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Directorate of Marine Engineering & Technology in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
ChairmanTerence Jarman is the CEO of Terrdian, Inc., a privately held global investment and consulting company focused on the technology and telecom sectors. He has extensive North American and global experience in the telecom and internet industry. Previously, he was the CEO at Teleglobe, Inc., Vice Chairman at Bell Canada, Group Director at Videotron, UK, and CEO at Bell Nexxia.
Vice ChairmanRichard Burston is a successful entrepreneur and private equity investor. He was employed by Morgan Stanley before 1991, when he founded Regency Capital International Limited, a London-based merchant bank. From 2002 to 2004, he was the CEO of Bostream AB, following Regency Capital’s purchase of a majority interest in the company. He built Bostream into Sweden’s leading independent broadband ISP before selling the company in 2004. Mr. Burston is a Canadian citizen and has a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Partner, ABRY PartnersRob MacInnis joined ABRY in 1998 from Weather Services Corporation, an ABRY portfolio company. Previously, Mr. MacInnis was associated with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was a senior manager in the Merger and Acquisition Group. He has worked with numerous ABRY portfolio companies in publishing, business services, couponing, and other areas. Mr. MacInnis is a Certified Public Accountant, received an M.B.A. summa cum laude from Boston University, and is a summa cum laude graduate of Merrimack College.

Vice President, ABRY PartnersRob Nicewicz joined ABRY from the Technology, Telecom & Digital Media Group of Harris Williams & Co. He is involved in media, communications, and business information services investments in the data center services, cloud computing, insurance, telecommunications, and internet services sectors. Mr. Nicewicz graduated magna cum laude from Babson College.

Principal, ABRY PartnersTomer Yosef-Or joined ABRY in May of 2005 from the Financial Institution Group at Bear Stearns Investment Banking Department. Previously, he was a member of the Securitization Transaction Group and Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Yosef-Or is involved in media, communications, and business information services investments in the data center services, education, satellite communication, and internet services sectors. He is an honors graduate of the Rutgers Business School’s Undergraduate -New Brunswick Program.
