The number of electric vehicle drivers in the United States is small but growing rapidly. According to a recent Pew Research Center survey, only a mere 7% of U.S. adults responded they currently have an electric or hybrid vehicle, and another 39% reported they were likely to seriously consider buying an electric vehicle (EV) the next time they’re in the market to purchase.
