KORE Public Relations Policy
With the exception of authorized spokespersons, employees may not communicate on behalf of KORE or about KORE’s business to the press, analysts, or stakeholders in public forums. Employees are to refer any and all questions from the press or media to the KORE Marketing department; any questions relating to financial matters should be referred directly to our CFO. All public disclosures are reviewed and approved by members of the KORE executive team.

KORE takes all security-related events very seriously. Our integrity and the trust of our customers is critical to our success. In the event of reputation loss due to a cybersecurity event, our dedicated Public Relations team follows a series of actions to proactively communicate with stakeholders regarding details and accountability for any breach of information, as well plans to enhance and improve the current situation/outcome. These actions include, but are not limited to, the following: email communications to customers and partners, press releases and official company statements, and the use of social media and website properties.
