Puneet Pamnani serves as EVP and Chief Financial Officer for KORE, where he is responsible for managing all aspects of the organization’s financial operations. Prior to joining KORE, Puneet served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Lochbridge, a solutions provider with strength in the IoT and connected cars space. During his time at Lochbridge, Puneet worked closely with the CEO to co-lead a process that resulted in the acquisition of the company by Digital Management Inc.
Before joining Lochbridge, Puneet held the position of Chief Strategy Officer for PRGX where he played a key role in re-positioning the company into a modern data science services and software provider, accelerating growth, and increasing shareholder value by 270%. Puneet was awarded the “40 Under 40” award in 2013 by The M&A Advisor Forum in recognition of PRGX’s success in these areas. Puneet holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, as well as an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management.

Louise Winstone serves as EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer for KORE, where she is responsible for leading the global Human Resources function. Louise brings more than 15 years of international human resources experience to KORE, having most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at PRGX, where she oversaw the global HR function in 27 countries. Prior to PRGX, Louise was with Barclays Bank in London and has held a number of HR roles within Financial and Professional Services firms in the UK.
Louise holds a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in HR Management from Middlesex University. She and her husband moved to the U.S. four years ago and currently reside in Atlanta.

Bryan is the Executive Vice President of Connected Health at KORE. KORE Connected Health connects customers with the design, management, and growth of their IoT connected health solutions. Prior to joining the KORE team, he served as president of Integron for 12 years. Bryan previously served as President & CEO for a wholly owned subsidiary of Xerox Corp. He has 30+ years of general management, sales, marketing, and system design experience. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the State University of New York, and has studied at Ohio State University, as well as Laval University in Québec City, Canada.

Sunder serves as the Senior Vice President of Fleet Management where he oversees the KORE Fleet team, which includes designing the connectivity, hardware, and security of IoT fleet solutions. Sunder brings extensive IoT experience to KORE, having spent more than 15 years at AT&T in leadership roles over both product and sales organizations. Most recently, Sunder served as the global head of sales for AT&T’s IoT platform offerings where he was responsible for winning and delivering several large cloud and IoT projects. Sunder holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Bharathidasan University, and lives with his family in Dallas, Texas.

Landon Garner currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for KORE. Landon oversees all global marketing efforts for the company, along with key strategic initiatives.
Prior to joining KORE, Landon served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at Integron, and led the company to record growth. His experience and skillset allowed the company to identify and address the Connected Health and Life Sciences industries with integrated IoT solutions. Earlier in his career, Landon was the CMO at IoT antenna manufacturer Taoglas, and the CMO at Ingenu, an innovative LPWA technology provider, where he served as a key strategic figure that guided the organization to record levels of demand generation and expanded the company’s brand and reputation to compete with large global mobile network operators. Lastly, Landon was part of the executive team at RacoWireless, and guided the company to record growth.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Brigham Young University - Idaho and an MBA from the University of Hawaii’s Shidler College of Business.

Steven Jones is the Vice President Carrier Management at KORE Wireless and has been with KORE since May of 2016. Steven is responsible for the oversight of the Global Carrier Services Team that provides the respective wireless and satellite offerings. In addition, Steven oversees the Advanced SIM solutions and Technical Services globally. Steven brings over 20 years of leadership, sales, solutions, and management experience; having spent most of his career with AT&T in various wireless and telecommunications sales, business development and management roles.
Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and a Master’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well several industry certifications and leadership accreditations.

Gideon Rogovsky is an Accomplished executive with a 20-year track record of developing and leading global business in emerging markets with a specialty in the IoT Markets. Gideon is leading KORE America's sales accountable for revenue and profitability (EBITDA) targets in the region.
Before joining KORE Gideon EVP of Global Services Sales for Telit IoT Platforms, leading a team of IoT Platform and Connectivity Sales Specialists around the world. Since Gideon joined in 2005 he subsequently held positions of VP of Sales for APAC and the EMEA regions. In 2011, Gideon was appointed to CEO of Telit Israel, where he directed the acquisition of Motorola’s m2m division. Prior to joining Telit, Gideon worked as a marketing manager and production manager for Lambda Crossing Ltd, a start-up of advanced semiconductor-based optical components. Gideon started his career as a co-founder and head of sales of Oplink Communications Ltd, a pioneer of infrared transceivers for m2m applications. Gideon holds a B.A. in Business Management.

Tanmay Limaye serves as Vice President at KORE, where he is responsible for leading corporate strategy and M&A efforts for the company reporting to our CFO and working closely with our CEO. In addition, he manages the P&L for our Platform as a Service (PaaS) business and coordinates execution of KORE strategy leading the enterprise PMO function (EPMO). Since joining KORE in August 2018, he has completed two strategic acquisitions (Aspider and Integron).
Prior to joining KORE, Tanmay led corporate development activities at PRGX (formerly NASDAQ:PRGX) from 2010 to 2018, a recovery audit and business analytics firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA where he helped the company raise money through a secondary offering on NASDAQ, closed five (5) strategic acquisitions and led two (2) divestitures of non-core business units. He also helped set up PRGX's captive offshore center as part of the India leadership team.
Before joining PRGX, Tanmay worked for large, global IT/Technology firms in various roles with increasing leadership responsibilities. Tanmay holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Mumbai (one of India’s oldest universities), as well as an MBA from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai (a top-10 business school in India).

Sergio Souza serves as the Vice President, Brazil at KORE where he is responsible for managing KORE’s IoT business in the region. In 2004 Sergio founded TM Data, an M2M communications organization, realizing the great growth potential of the Brazilian M2M services market. TM Data was acquired by Wyless in 2015, and with the subsequent acquisition of Wyless by KORE in 2016, Sergio took on the leadership of KORE Brazil.
Sergio has extensive experience in the telecommunications, IoT, and IT sectors, having previously held executive positions in companies such as TIM Brazil, Brightpoint, CRAY Research, HP, and Embraer.

As VP of Sales, John is responsible for driving all sales across the EMEA region with a focus on growing the company’s Enterprise, Channel & IOT Solutions businesses. Prior to joining KORE John held numerous leadership roles at the Enterprise Software Leader, PTC where he was responsible for Worldwide Sales, Strategy & GTM of the Telco Partner Program and prior to that lead PTC’s OEM & ISV Program in EMEA-India Markets. John holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Stirling.

Vince Jager is the Vice President, Asia Pacific Sales at KORE where he is responsible for all revenue generating activities for the region in addition to general management responsibilities for the KORE Asia Pacific offices.
Prior to joining KORE, Vince has over 25 years of extensive Sales Management experience in the Telecommunications Industry, spanning technology segments including mobile wireless, broadband HFC, optical fibre, cloud services, lifecycle network infrastructure management, and emerging environmentally sustainable green technologies. His expansive knowledge of the industry has positioned him all over the Asia Pacific region with experience working in Southeast Asia, New Zealand, and Australia.

Romil Bahl serves as CEO of KORE. He brings almost 30 years of consulting, information technology, professional services, and IoT experience in high-growth and turnaround environments. Throughout his career, Romil has been instrumental in enabling breakthrough growth in information and professional services organizations. He has risen to complex challenges where he has crafted growth strategies, tapped new emerging markets and energized global teams. His leadership approach reflects deep expertise in developing strong client relationships and creating teams that are driven to innovate and excel.
Prior to KORE, Romil served as President and CEO of Lochbridge, a leading technology consulting and solutions provider in the IoT and digital enablement space. Before that, he was EVP and GM of Global Industries for CSC, leading the industry go-to-market dimension across the entire approximately $9 billion commercial business unit, creating global growth strategies and expanding CSC's global footprint into offerings such as cloud, cybersecurity and big data. Earlier, Romil was CEO of a data analytics-focused public company and had leadership roles at A.T. Kearney, Infosys and Deloitte Consulting.
Romil earned an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Directorate of Marine Engineering & Technology in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Terence Jarman is the CEO of Terrdian, Inc., a privately held global investment and consulting company focused on the technology and telecom sectors. He has extensive North American and global experience in the telecom and internet industry. Previously, he was the CEO at Teleglobe, Inc., Vice Chairman at Bell Canada, Group Director at Videotron, UK, and CEO at Bell Nexxia.

Richard Burston is a successful entrepreneur and private equity investor. He was employed by Morgan Stanley before 1991, when he founded Regency Capital International Limited, a London-based merchant bank. From 2002 to 2004, he was the CEO of Bostream AB, following Regency Capital’s purchase of a majority interest in the company. He built Bostream into Sweden’s leading independent broadband ISP before selling the company in 2004. Mr. Burston is a Canadian citizen and has a B.A. in Economics from Yale University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
