Romil Bahl serves as CEO of KORE. He brings almost 30 years of consulting, information technology, professional services, and IoT experience in high-growth and turnaround environments. Throughout his career, Romil has been instrumental in enabling breakthrough growth in information and professional services organizations. He has risen to complex challenges where he has crafted growth strategies, tapped new emerging markets and energized global teams. His leadership approach reflects deep expertise in developing strong client relationships and creating teams that are driven to innovate and excel.
Prior to KORE, Romil served as President and CEO of Lochbridge, a leading technology solutions provider in the IoT, Connected Car and digital enablement space. Before that, he was EVP and GM of Global Industries for CSC, leading the industry go-to-market dimension across the entire approximately $9 billion commercial business unit, creating global growth strategies and expanding CSC's global footprint into offerings such as cloud, cybersecurity and big data. Earlier, Romil was CEO of a data analytics-focused public company and had leadership roles at A.T. Kearney, Infosys and Deloitte Consulting.
Romil earned an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Directorate of Marine Engineering & Technology in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Puneet Pamnani serves as EVP and Chief Financial Officer for KORE, where he is responsible for managing all aspects of the organization’s financial operations. Prior to joining KORE, Puneet served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Lochbridge, a solutions provider with strength in the IoT and Connected Cars space. During his time at Lochbridge, Puneet worked closely with the CEO to co-lead a process that resulted in the acquisition of the company by Digital Management Inc.
Before joining Lochbridge, Puneet held the position of Chief Strategy Officer for PRGX where he played a key role in re-positioning the company into a modern data science services and software provider, accelerating growth, and increasing shareholder value by 270%. Puneet was awarded the “40 Under 40” award in 2013 by The M&A Advisor Forum in recognition of PRGX’s success in these areas. Puneet holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, as well as an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management.
Tushar Sachdev serves as Chief Technology Officer, where he oversees current technology and sets KORE’s future technology vision, strategy, and roadmap. Tushar has more than 20 years of experience in technology and product development at companies including Mastek, Infosys, and PRGX--where he served as Chief Information Officer. Tushar has developed SaaS-based software platforms and data analytics capabilities to serve more than 300 customers worldwide, including thousands of suppliers.
Prior to PRGX, Tushar was client relationship owner for Fortune 500 clients in the retail, manufacturing, utilities, end-of-life care, and oil & gas industries. Tushar has established himself as a thought leader in Data Management by successfully leading complex business transformation programs resulting in clear market differentiation from competitors. In 2017, Tushar was named CIO of the Year by the Georgia CIO Leadership Association. Tushar graduated with a bachelor’s degree in engineering in 1995 and has since earned a master’s in economics from the London School of Economics. Tushar resides with his family in Atlanta.
Louise Winstone serves as EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer for KORE, where she is responsible for the leading the global Human Resources function. Louise brings more than 15 years of international human resources experience to KORE, having most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at PRGX, where she oversaw the global HR function in 27 countries. Prior to PRGX, Louise was with Barclays Bank in London and has held a number of HR roles within Financial and Professional Services firms in the UK.Louise holds a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in HR Management from Middlesex University. She and her husband moved to the U.S. three years ago and currently reside in Atlanta.
Bill Kramer serves as the Executive Vice President, IoT Solutions for KORE where he is responsible for developing, delivering, and supporting end-to-end IoT Solutions for enterprise customers. Enabling KORE to act as a trusted advisor to organizations navigating complex technology choices, Bill is also leading KORE’s professional services practice that includes consulting services and IoT end-point lifecycle management services, among other management services that are designed to simplify and accelerate IoT deployments.
Bill brings more than 30 years of experience in the data communications technology space spanning wired, mobility, IoT, MMS, OEMs, and cloud technologies for companies including AT&T, Cingular, USWest, Cabletron and Riverstone Networks. Bill holds degrees in Systems Analysis and Computer Science from Miami University graduating magna cum laude.
Scott Wiley serves as the Senior Vice President, Global Product Strategy and Product Management at KORE where he is responsible for product and solution strategy; leading the execution of KORE’s go-to-market strategy for both new and existing IoT offerings.Scott comes to KORE with a rich background in IoT, having previously held senior leadership roles at Numerex, General Electric, United Technologies, and Acuity Brands. Scott has more than 30 years of leadership and technology experience across multiple disciplines including General Management, Product Management, Marketing and Sales. Scott earned an MBA from Jacksonville University, as well as a BA in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of South Florida.
Steven Jones is the Vice President Global Carrier Management at KORE Wireless and has been with KORE since May of 2016. Steven is responsible for the oversight of the Global Carrier Services Team that provides the respective wireless and satellite offerings. In addition, Steven oversees the Advanced SIM solutions and Technical Services globally. Steven brings over 20 years of leadership, sales, solutions, and management experience; having spent most of his career with AT&T in various wireless and telecommunications sales, business development and management roles.
Steven holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia and a Master’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology, as well several industry certifications and leadership accreditations.
Sergio Souza serves as the Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Latin America at KORE where he is responsible for managing KORE’s IoT business in the region. In 2004 Sergio founded TM Data, an M2M communications organization, realizing the great growth potential of the Brazilian M2M services market. TM Data was acquired by Wyless in 2015, and with the subsequent acquisition of Wyless by KORE in 2016, Sergio took on the leadership of KORE Latin American operations.
Sergio has extensive experience in the telecommunications, IoT, and IT sectors, having previously held executive positions in companies such as TIM Brazil, Brightpoint, CRAY Research, HP, and Embraer.
Gilli Coston is the Senior Vice President, EMEA Sales at KORE where she is responsible for enabling high performance growth and delivering transformative business performance through IoT for customers and partners of KORE. A senior leader in the fields of IoT, M2M, and telecoms, Gilli’s background spans three decades developing business and commercial partnerships and building high performing teams via continuous team learning, active coaching, and real-time 360 degree feedback. Gilli has held key roles such as Chief Strategy Officer and Managing Director before transitioning to the role of Senior Vice President EMEA Sales.
Gilli is dedicated to promoting diversity and equality in the IoT space, focused on supporting KORE’s Sustainable Development Goals for improving health, well-being, and growing IoT communication and infrastructure in developing countries. Gilli is also a key sponsor of many Women in Technology initiatives, acting as a keen mentor for various Women in Technology groups and individuals.
Vince Jager is the Vice President, Asia Pacific at KORE where he is responsible for all revenue generating activities for the region in addition to general management responsibilities for the KORE Asia Pacific offices.
Prior to joining KORE, Vince has over 25 years of extensive Sales Management experience in the Telecommunications Industry, spanning technology segments including mobile wireless, broadband HFC, optical fibre, cloud services, lifecycle network infrastructure management, and emerging environmentally sustainable green technologies. His expansive knowledge of the industry has positioned him all over the Asia Pacific region with experience working in Southeast Asia, New Zealand, and Australia.
