Challenge
One of the primary obstacles to address was the need to decrease both the time and cost of delivering SIM cards to franchisees, as activating them prior to dispatch would initiate charges even before delivery.

According to Granito’s Operations Director, Renato Catalan, the company uses around 50 thousand lines, supplied by KORE, throughout Brazil. Solution
KORE implemented a server-to-server block in order to protect all data traffic, lines parameterized exclusively for Granito machines, with its own APN and process automation via API for franchisees to access the company portal, in which they can reset, reduce SLAs, relieve Pas, and allow service to the end customer instantly. “Clear and agile communication is a central part in providing quality services, whether with each of our end customers or with suppliers like KORE, whose solutions always give us the certainty of zero problems,” Catalan pointed out.
Results
Thanks to G.A.S. (Advanced Management of SimCards platform), it is possible to have two simultaneous stocks (stock of plastic and stock of lines) in our branches optimizing logistics and costs , once wecan activate, deactivate, and reassociate lines directly and remotely, allowing for 50 percent more efficiency compared to traditional connectivity. “The KORE G.A.S. platform is complete, with features that brought us speed and security, contributing decisively to our best results,” Catalan concluded.
